DeBo expertise

The Transport Academy can be the Assessment authority for evaluating National Rules and as a DeBo expert can verify that notified national rules are being properly implemented or check the use of non-notified rules. This may give the opportunity to certify the system from NoBo side, because by now, not all Member States have properly implemented the 4th Railway Package by updating their national laws and having correct definitions for NoBo and DeBo. Furthermore, not all TSI references to national rules and subsequent drafting of notified national technical rules have been considered yet.
