Technical expertise

Expertise is a set of engineering and technical measures aimed at studying many issues, for example:
- general condition of the object;
- compliance of technical parameters with existing standards;
- determination of the service life, as well as the possibility of its extension;
- safety of further operation;
- causes of defects, malfunctions and accidents, and others agreed with the customer.
In addition, within the framework of technical expertise, it is possible to establish cause and effect relationships between a change in the state (quality) of an object and specific factors. Such factors may be violations of the technology of application, construction, rules of operation, storage, etc. The result of engineering and technical expertise is an expert opinion that can be considered as evidence by the customer or the competent authority.
